Creator Partners: Creators partner with Axyz to leverage their platform to support brand founders / business owners from specific communities. Creators select from a diverse community of these entrepreneurs in Axyz Network to promote their brands + products.

Custom POV Shops: Axyz builds custom POV Shops for these partners to enable them to easily share these recommendations with their engaged audiences.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT BEING A CREATOR PARTNER FOR A POV SHOP?

Each brand ships directly to you

Pop-Up Shops: POV Shops are online pop-up shops powered by Axyz with select brands from Axyz Network.

Limited Time: A selection of their products are available for a ‘limited time only’ sale. Shop close date is listed on the homepage.

Single Checkout: You may buy from multiple brands in one order at checkout. Your order, contact, and shipping details are shared with each brand to process your order.

Separate Deliveries: Each brand ships orders separately and directly to you. Orders may take up to 5 business days to process and ship. Brands are working diligently to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Order and Shipping Confirmations

Email Confirmation: After placing an order, you'll get an email confirmation sent from POV Shop. Check both your Inbox and Spam folders.

Processing / Shipping: Orders may take up to 5 business days to process and ship by each Brand.

Errors / Changes: Contact us promptly via the Help Chat if there are any errors, though changes may not be possible after the Brand receives and processes your order.

Limited U.S. Shipping only

We currently allow shipping only to the “Contiguous U.S.” meaning the 48 continental U.S. states, including Washington, DC. All orders must be placed within the U.S. with a delivery address containing a U.S. zip code. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories or internationally.

$3.95 Standard Shipping

Standard shipping costs $3.95 for each Brand order within the Contiguous U.S. unless you qualify for free shipping.

No expedited shipping is available at this time.

Minimum Order for Free Shipping

Qualify for Free Shipping: If you buy $75+ worth of products from a brand (before discount, tax & shipping), shipping within the Contiguous U.S. is free.

Brand Special Offers: Some brands may offer free shipping for orders less than $75, which will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns at Your Own Risk. If you return any item, you must make sure that it is adequately packaged. Any item damaged or lost in transit back to the Brand will not be eligible for a refund. Any claims for damage or loss is your responsibility to handle with the carrier.

No Exchanges or Credits. Since Brands and products appearing in certain Axyz Shops continue to change and products are sold during a limited duration and may sell out, we do not allow exchanges of any kind. Neither Axyz nor the Brands provide store credit.

Return Instructions.

If the item you wish to return is eligible under the Axyz return policy, please review these steps:

Our team will review your return request, which will be approved or not approved, as promptly as possible. In some cases, our customer care team may reach out to you if more information is needed.

Sending your item back with original packing slip to the Brand:

Full Refunds. If the item you received was damaged or faulty and a replacement item was out of stock or unavailable to be shipped to you, you will be provided a full refund of your purchase price (including tax and shipping).

Return Processing Fees. You will be responsible for an $8 return processing / restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping (using our pre-paid return label or QR code) for each returned item.

Calculating Partial Refund. Your partial refund will be in the amount of the purchase price plus taxes (if applicable), less the return processing fee / restocking fee and return shipping cost for each item. No original shipping fee will be refunded.

Tracking My Order

Track Multiple Shipments: Each Brand ships separately; easily track multiple shipments.

View Order Detail Page: Find your View Order detail page at orders.pov.shop using your order number and email or zip code (must use exact 5 or 9 digits as shown on your order confirmation). Or click through from your order confirmation email.

Tracking Links: Once any item has been shipped by a Brand, your View Order detail page will display up-to-date tracking information from the shipping carriers.

Email & SMS Notifications: You will receive email updates upon certain shipment status changes as well as any delay by the carriers. You can opt in to receive an SMS notification for a final delivery message.
